Pineapple Rum Julep Created By   Garnish

Place mint and syrup in the bottom of a julep cup or rocks glass and muddle gently to bruise the mint. Add the rum and fill the cup with crushed ice. Stir briefly and garnish with a dried pineapple slice and a large mint sprig. Heap a little more crushed ice on top and serve with a straw.


  • 2 oz. Dark rum
  • 3/4 oz. Pineapple Syrup
  • 5 leaves Mint
